Terms & Conditions

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully to understand the guidelines and responsibilities associated with my services. Upon booking you will also receive a full Patient agreement as well as a New Patient Form - both of these need to be read, signed and submitted in order to proceed with the appointment.

1. Services
Katerina Zoula Homeopathy offers online homeopathic consultations and prescriptions of homeopathic remedies. Please note that these services complement, but do not replace, conventional medical treatment. We encourage all clients to consult with their GP or healthcare provider regarding any health concerns.

2. Booking

Booking an appointment confirms that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions, which apply for the duration of your engagement. It also affirms that you are voluntarily seeking my services, are mentally capable of entering this agreement, and are not collecting information for any third party. Please ensure the correct time zone is selected when booking.

3. Payment

Full payment is required upon booking. You will receive an invoice – if this is not received, please check your junk folder. You may pay by bank transfer or by Paypal.

4. Consultations

All consultations are conducted online via Google Meet. While I make every effort to ensure that the platform functions smoothly, I are not responsible for any technical difficulties or disruptions. I will make all efforts to find alternative methods (e.g., Facetime, Skype) if this happens.  The consultation will start and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals will still end at the appointed time and incur the full fee.

5. Prescriptions and Remedies

We will send your prescription to Helios Pharmacy, and they will contact you direct for payment. Alternatively, you may purchase your remedies from any homeopathic pharmacy.

6. Cancellations

Please contact me as soon as you know you may need to reschedule your appointment. If you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment, we will reschedule it at a convenient time for you. If you notify us less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the appointment fee. If you notify us on the day of the appointment, you will be required to pay the full appointment fee.

7. Communications and Marketing

Your email will be added to our client list for updates on consultations, news, and courses. You may unsubscribe at any time. I comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not share or sell your data to third parties.

8. Eligibility

By booking a consultation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent if under 18. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

9. Medication and Treatment Guidance

Homeopathy can be used alongside conventional medicine, and we will not ask you to make any changes to your existing or future medical treatment. It is your responsibility to inform your healthcare provider of any treatments being undertaken. Any changes to medication should be made in consultation with the prescribing practitioner.

10. Out of Hours and Emergencies

For urgent queries between appointments, support is available via video call or email. For emergencies, contact your GP or emergency services immediately. For non-emergency situations requiring homeopathic advice where you cannot reach your homeopath, please contact the Homeopathic Helpline at 09065 343404.

11. Confidentiality

All personal details and consultation discussions are confidential and will not be shared unless required by law for the protection of life. UK law requires us to keep consultation notes for a minimum of 7 years, after which they will be confidentially disposed of.

12. Photos/Videos

Photos or videos may be requested to assist in treatment assessment. You have the right to decline. Recording consultations is not permitted unless all parties agree.

13. Disclosure of medical conditions

Prior to beginning treatment, you will be asked to complete an intake form, and we will review your medical history. It is important to provide details about any medical conditions, allergies, undiagnosed symptoms, treatments, medications, or supplements you are currently taking. This information ensures the treatment is both safe and appropriate. Without full disclosure, we cannot be held responsible for any unsuitable treatment.

14. Disclaimer
While we aim to provide the best possible care, we cannot claim, promise or guarantee specific results from homeopathic treatment. Homeopathic advice or treatment provided is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The team at Homeopathy For Change are not medical doctors and do not provide medical diagnoses.
